Spain takes the index lead

After a data update, Spain has claimed the lead in the National Cyber Security Index. The update takes into account the new Spanish regulation on cybersecurity, transposing the EU Directive on security of network and information systems, but has new information also in the field of education, trust services, and cyber incidents response. Spain reaches the full score in 8 of the 12 capacities.
